Back in the kitchen! YES! We've been on the road for the last 2 weeks and I'm pooped! But I used some of the car time to plan out this week's menu! Here's what's cookin in my kitchen...
Sunday - Brunswick Stew (VA Hospitality) and cornbread
Monday - Barbeque Sirloin and Blue Cheese Salad (CL), baguette
Tuesday - leftover stew, cornbread (chorus night!)
Wednesday - Mushroom-Herb Chicken (CL), mashed potatoes, broccoli
Thursday - Fresh Tomato, Sausage, and Pecorino Pasta (CL), salads
Friday - Shrimp Etouffe w/Rice (CL), fruit
