(74) Paprika Spice Blend

Delicious on the pork that I'm about to post. I will have to find some other uses for the leftovers!

Paprika Spice Blend

Yield: About 1 cup (serving size: 1 tablespoon)

1/4 cup paprika
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons ground cumin
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder

1. Combine all ingredients; store in an airtight container.
